About the Role
As a CBRE Research Intern, you will assist the department with basic day-to-day administrative duties.
This job is part of the Consulting Research function. They are responsible for forecasting real estate market trends and assessing the impact of a variety of economic, social, and political changes.
What You’ll Do
Monitor research processes and procedures to ensure data quality is in accordance with corporate standards.
Verify market reports related to transactions, vacancy, development, absorption, rents, tenants, and leasing activity.
Perform regular maintenance and updates to property databases. This includes conducting telephone surveys, on-site surveys, research forums, and other sources.
Deliver statistical and analytical reports as required by management and sales professionals.
Respond to ad hoc internal and external client requests for data, graphs, commentary, etc.
Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
What You’ll Need
Current Real Estate undergraduate with strong desire to work in the commercial real estate industry
Singapore resident or possesses a valid working visa in Singapore
Must be able to commit full time internship from 12 May - 8 Aug 2025
Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
