Caterpillar’s Electric Power supports the provision of reliable power solutions. Data centres are centralised hubs for storing, processing, and disseminating large volumes of data and applications for businesses. Securing data and processes and preventing important information from being compromised or lost is vital and can only be guaranteed with a constant source of quality power.

Caterpillar currently has an opportunity for a Senior Sales Support in Singapore. The position is responsible to supports and drive achievement of the business plan by monitoring the business and generating recommendations that contribute to both the short-term and long-term initiatives of these plans.

What You Will Do:

  • Consulting with our customers and dealers in developing and implementing customer solutions designed to maximize product value and price.

  • Consulting with internal product groups to develop suitable product combinations and working with our internal sales teams.

  • Designing and implementing business plans and capitalizing on identified incremental sales opportunities.

  • Resolving issues related overall commercial performance in the territory; Oversees PINS trends, demand fluctuations, and customer requirements.

  • Developing new prospects, establishing customers, and finding opportunity to introduce an organization's products and services.

  • Assists in developing new geographical areas for the organization's products or services.

  • Assists in creating an incentive plan to encourage new business growth and development.

  • Researches approaches for exploring new business opportunities.

Additional Info:

Up to 50% travelling is required for this position, primarily within Asia Pacific.
