What the day will look like

  • Review client compensation and survey input to identify questionable data

  • Verify the accuracy and validity of submitted data by interfacing extensively with clients to resolve compensation and survey input issues

  • Respond to client requests for compensation and survey data and interpretation

  • Develop and maintain positive stakeholder relations through regular and proactive communications

  • Recognize, understand, and translate client questions, comments, and requests into potential opportunities for supplemental report sales or consulting assignments

  • Conduct client training webinars, as needed

  • Assist in the production of compensation and survey reports and review, design, and modification of reports for client use

  • Provide analytics support for data projects and assist in various ad-hoc projects

  • Support on Aon’s harmonization and database growth initiatives

  • Ensure diligent tracking of the client participation details by ensuring accurate data is captured in the tracker on a timely manner including sharing of the updates to the wider SEA data solutions team during the monthly meetings.

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • 2 – 4 years of human resources, research, data analysis, or other related industry experience; fresh graduates with strong academic background are also encouraged to apply

  • Ability to work independently in a data operations role and to interact with various internal and external constituents

  • Organization skills, detail-oriented, ability to take direction, work independently, as well as support a team

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel (macros a plus) and Word

  • Processing spreadsheets, database management, and strong customer service skills

  • Ability to synthesize and communicate large amounts of data into key findings and identify related business issues

  • Has an “eye for detail,” while not losing focus of the bigger picture

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
