Primary Function:

  • Lead the commercial team for our Digital Health Solution (DHS) business across Asia Pacific (APAC).

  • Build a clear strategy to profitably grow market share and revenue and meet or exceed plan commitments.

  • Collaborate with and has dotted line responsibility for other functions.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Manage P&L of business, ensure business functions drive operational efficiencies, and improve Gross Margin & Division Margin to meet thefinancial profile.

  • Experience to lead an international SaaS driven business.

  • Develop and execute an annual strategic plan to meet sales and margin commitment.

  • Lead area organization of direct reports plus dotted line support; ensure team is equipped with the appropriate training and resources for success.

  • Identify customer needs and support team to demonstrate the value of customers leveraging informatics products and services.

  • Create demand by identifying new products and solutions that arecustomer-centric with the potential to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with other functions to evaluate the value and feasibility of introducing new or customized products and services.

  • Engage regularly with cross-functional leadership to ensure effective relationship between regions and alignment on priorities for dotted line support.

  • Join team members for field travel on a regular basis to assess business opportunities, build customer relationships, and provide coaching to all employees.

  • Develop a high-performance organization by acquiring, developing and retaining top talent; drive a culture of continuous improvement, creativity,and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences or related discipline. Master’s degree/MBA preferred.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in leadership roles on digital health market with demonstrated ability to align and integrate diverse business teams and functions to ensure they work together to deliver results.

  • Experience leading & executing complex (multi stakeholder/multiyear) contract negotiations.

  • Advanced knowledge of digital health market APAC with fundamental understanding of communication concepts between EMR and LIMS

  • Expert level in process workflow for in lab process communication interface

  • Preferable experience in ROI development for Medical SaaS Products

  • Proven track record in gaining market share or growing the market and/or renewing /defending existing business.

  • Track record of sales experience in the Diagnostic industry.

  • Expert Knowledge in developing SaaS Contract and billing models including ROI business cases for digital health market.
