We are providing an opportunity for a seasoned Salesforce Developer in Simi Valley, California, United States. The role primarily involves designing, developing, and deploying advanced Salesforce solutions for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The successful candidate will lead Salesforce projects, mentor junior developers, and integrate Salesforce with external systems and APIs.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced Salesforce solutions for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

• Lead Salesforce projects and gather requirements

• Mentor junior developers and guide them through the development process

• Integrate Salesforce with external systems and APIs for a seamless and efficient system

• Stay updated on Salesforce innovations and industry trends and apply them to improve our Salesforce systems

• Use CRM, Database, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, and Microsoft skills to enhance system performance

• Apply skills in AB Testing, Business Requirement Document, Configuration Management, Create Dashboards, and Design to improve processes and user experience

• Use CRM Marketing, CRM - Customer Relationship Manager, ETL - Extract Transform Load, MySQL, SQL - Structured Query Language skills for effective data management and customer relations.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years' experience as an Salesforce Developer or similar role

• Proficient in CRM and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Strong knowledge of Database systems and SQL - Structured Query Language

• Experience with EO/IR systems

• Familiar with Microsoft software and tools

• Proficient in AB Testing and the ability to interpret the results

• Experience in creating Business Requirement Documents

• Knowledge of Configuration Management

• Ability to create and manage Dashboards

• Strong design skills and attention to detail

• Experience in CRM Marketing and CRM - Customer Relationship Management

• Knowledge of ETL - Extract Transform Load processes

• Proficiency in MySQL

• Must be able to work in a team, as well as independently

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field is preferred.
