Description We are on the lookout for a Patient Account Representative to join our team in Siler City, North Carolina. The focus of this role is to process customer applications, keep customer records up to date, and manage customer inquiries. Your role will also involve monitoring customer accounts and taking the necessary actions. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the administration of patient claims

• Process patient credit applications with accuracy and efficiency

• Employ your knowledge of Allscripts, Cerner Technologies, Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE), EHR SYSTEM, and Epic Software in daily operations

• Oversee clinical trial operations and ensure they are conducted as per standards

• Maintain accurate records of customer credit

• Handle appeals process and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner

• Oversee billing functions and make sure they are carried out correctly

• Manage benefit functions and ensure they are aligned with company policies

• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when needed. Requirements • Proficiency in Allscripts software for managing patient data

• Experience with Cerner Technologies for healthcare information systems

• Knowledge of Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE) for data communication

• Ability to work with EHR SYSTEM for electronic health records

• Familiarity with Epic Software for medical record keeping

• Experience in handling Appeals relating to healthcare claims and services

• Understanding of Benefit Functions within a healthcare setting

• Proficiency in Billing Functions for medical services

• Expertise in Claim Administration for patient services

• Experience in Clinical Trial Operations for patient care management
