The Contractor shall provide training instruction for the following HT-JCOE Courses: Military Source Operations (MSO) Courses which include Defense Advanced Tradecraft Course (DATC), Source Operations Course (SOC), Defense Strategic Debriefing Course (DSDC), High Threat Tradecraft Course (HTTC), and Tradecraft Refresher Course (TRC); Management Committee Courses which include J2X Operations Course (J2X), Joint Interrogation Management Course (JIMC), Joint Senior Interrogator Course, Joint CI & Human Intelligence Management Course (JCHMC); Joint CI & Human Intelligence Analysis and Targeting Course (JCHATC); and FVEY C2X Interoperability Seminar (C2X). CONUS and OCONUS training via MTT for U.S and foreign partners may be required, as dictated by HT-JCOE mission. Training and training support may be required on nights, holidays, and weekends as dictated by the published training schedule.

• Instructors must demonstrate satisfactory proficiency for all tasks and sub-tasks on which students in their respective courses will be evaluated.

• Instructors must apply advanced instructional methods and adult learning models to training during platform instruction, small group instruction, individual instruction, mentorship, and coaching.

• Instructors will provide research support to students during performance-based practical exercise planning and preparation time.

Here’s what you’ll need :

a) Top Secret Clearance. b) Graduate of AFCIOC, OTC or DATC (legacy courses are acceptable). c) Extensive operational experience conducting and/or supporting sensitive, high-risk Counterintelligence or Human Intelligence missions in an OCONUS environment characterized by Ubiquitous Technical Surveillance. d) Six years’ field experience conducting and/or supporting full-spectrum HUMINT collection or Offensive Counterintelligence operations in a variety of operating environments through multiple CONUS and OCONUS operational assignments. e) Experience communicating with all levels of management across a wide range of instructional and technical issues. f) Experience with enterprise-wide collaboration across a wide range of instructional and technical issues. g) Expert knowledge of the US Intelligence Community organization, structure, missions, and functions h) Familiarity with the Defense HUMINT Enterprise organization, structure, missions, and functions
