Aston Carter Marketing Manager in Sherwood, Oregon

Job Description:

The Regional Marketer will play crucial role in expanding our business into new regions and ensuring that our existing products meet customer requirements. On a day to day will be responsible to collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, and develop effective marketing strategies to drive growth.

Market Expansion:

  • Identify and evaluate potential markets for NSI’s products in assigned regions.

  • Conduct market research to understand local customer needs, requirements, and competitive landscape.

  • Develop market entry strategies and expansion plans.

Customer Insights:

  • Gather customer feedback and insights through voice of customer.

  • Understand customer pain points, expectations, and requirements.

  • Translate customer insights into actionable recommendations for product development and marketing campaigns.

Product Positioning:

  • Collaborate with product development team to define product positioning and requirements.

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.

  • Create compelling content (ex. brochures, sales collateral) that resonates with regional audiences.

Campaign Development:

  • Plan and execute regional marketing campaigns (online and offline).

  • Leverage digital marketing channels (social media, email, SEO) to reach target audiences.

  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.

Relationship Building:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with local partners, distributors, and industry influencers.

  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote NSI’s solutions.

Metrics and Reporting:

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to regional marketing efforts and growth.

  • Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness, lead generation, and bookings.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering fields (MBA preferred).

  • Proven experience in regional marketing, preferably in semiconductors.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
