We are looking for a creative and talented individual to join our team as a Video Content Design Intern. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our workforce development department to create engaging and visually appealing video content highlighting our career opportunities and millsites. This is a temporary position for summer 2024.
As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in video content creation and work closely with our industry professionals.

Duties include, but are not limited to: • Assist in the conceptualization, storyboarding, and creation of video content for various job opportunities • Work with our team to understand project objectives and target audience • Edit and enhance raw footage to produce high-quality videos • Create motion graphics to enhance video content • Ensure that video content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual style • Research and gather visual assets, such as stock footage, images, and music, to enhance video projects • Assist in video shoots, including setting up equipment, managing camera angles, and capturing footage • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video content creation • Support the design team in other graphic design tasks as needed
Qualifications • Currently pursuing a degree in graphic design, media art, communications, or a related field • Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools • Basic knowledge of motion graphics software, such as Adobe After Effects • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines • Creative thinking and a keen eye for visual storytelling • Knowledge of video production equipment and techniques is a plus • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Ability to take direction and work independently when needed
