Job Description:

This position will plan, conduct, and coordinate testing activities for software applications. It will include tracking and analyzing requirements, functional specifications, and technical specifications. This position will design, write, and execute test cases for both manual and automated software testing. The involved applications are primarily user-centric applications involving both extensive UI components/use-cases and integrations with other applications.

Minimum Requirements:

(Education, years of experience, specific skills or tools, etc.) Mandatory Requirements:

• 5 years of experience analyzing functional and interface specifications for testing implementation

• 7 years of experience writing detailed, step by step test procedures for software applications functions, security, and interfaces

• 7 years of experience designing, writing, and executing test cases for both manual and automated software testing

• 3 years of experience in defect tracking, reporting, and resolution

• 5 years of experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to achieve a shared vision

• 2 years of experience with DOORS for requirements tracking and testing traceability

• 3 years of experience with Agile/Scrum practices, including use of Jira

• 1 year of experience developing and leading user training

• Strong teaming skills with virtual teams

Desired Skills:

• Understanding of Cost Account Manager (CAM) areas/responsibilities

• Successful Program/Project management skills using financial, EVM, proposal, contract and scheduling systems

• Familiarity with Deltek product suite (Cobra, Open Plan, PM Compass)

• Familiarity with Encore Analytics application Empower
