We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Total Rewards Intern to join our team. This role will support key aspects of our benefits program and work on important projects related to Total Rewards, including vendor renewals, benefits open enrollment preparation, 401(k) and Pension initiatives, and well-being strategy reviews. The intern will gain valuable exposure to the impact of Total Rewards on company culture and employee engagement.
Core Responsibilities:
Assist with vendor renewals and preparation for benefits open enrollment in the U.S.
Support ongoing projects related to 401(k) and Pension programs.
Review current well-being strategies and programs for both North America and Global regions, and identify opportunities for enhancement.
Assist in benchmarking and gathering survey data to support Total Rewards initiatives.
Provide support for day-to-day tasks and projects within the Total Rewards function.
Internship Projects/Assignments:
Work on vendor support activities, including coordination and tracking of renewals.
Conduct benchmarking and data analysis on benefits and well-being programs.
Assist with the preparation and communication of the annual benefits open enrollment process.
Help in evaluating and recommending improvements to Total Rewards programs and initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor´s degree
Minimum GPA: 3.0
Human Resources program is desired
Microsoft office
