Main Responsibilities

  • Assist the North America Legal Team with timely and thorough legal research on a variety of areas;

  • Prepare written memoranda on key areas and issues including, labor and employment, litigation and liability, marketing and advertising, commercial contracts, and other matters;

  • Create and edit presentations to aid the legal team in cross-functional business support;

  • Attend NAM Legal Team meetings;

  • Complete other assignments and projects for BIC’s summer intern program.

Qualifications:

  • Completed at least one year at an ABA accredited law school

  • Degree or graduating May 2025

  • Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Experience with Westlaw, LexisNexis, and/or other research platforms.

  • You should be collaborative, inquisitive, and self motivated
