Responsibilities
Accurately input and manage data in various systems and databases. Ensure data integrity and maintain up-to-date records.
Provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and in-person. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate purchasing activities, including obtaining quotes, processing purchase orders, and managing vendor relationships. Ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
Monitor project timelines and deadlines. Follow up with team members and stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed on schedule. Provide regular updates to management on progress and any potential delays.
