JOB REQUIREMENTS: Packaging 1st Shift - 51444 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Johnsonville, LLC Packaging 1st Shift Pay Range: \$24.76/hr - \$25.73/hr Hours: 6:00am-2:30pm, Monday - Friday (Overtime as production demands) Responsibilities: * Consistently manufacture \"great tasting\" sausage products according to specifications * Work together with other Packaging Members to obtain World Class packaging results in safety, yields, usages, and efficiencies * Learn and be part of developing and enhancing new technology in the packaging department * Develop a strong set of world class skills in the area of packaging * Actively participate in daily Grill meetings and project teams * Set goals and objectives; both personal and as a team member to acquire \"superlative\" performance in order to support the Johnsonville Way * Grow, develop, and stretch yourself by continuing to find new and better ways to meet your commitments to yourself, your team and to JVL.
