What will you be doing?

1.

1. Maintains security and telecommunications system.

2. Answer phones and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members; take messages as required.

3. Greet visitors and direct them to the proper location.

4. Ensure that visitors and guests sign in and out of the visitor log.

5. Issue and collect identification badges as required.

6. Sort and distribute daily mail

7. Perform other clerical work such as typing, filing, computer entry, envelope stuffing for other departments as needed.
