Kelly Services Data Entry Quality Specialist in Shawnee, Kansas

Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking a Data Entry Quality Specialist for contract position with one of our partners in the greater Kansas City area. Position Overview:

We are seeking a Quality Management System (QMS) Data Specialist to support a data cleanup project following our network cutover. This role will focus on ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and organization within our QMS, contributing to improved compliance and operational efficiency.

While ERP/SAP experience is helpful but not required, a background in data management, quality systems, or scientific environments will be beneficial.

Job Details:

  • Location: Shawnee, KS (100% on site)

  • Job type: 3-6 month contract, potential to extend or go permanent but this is not guaranteed

  • Pay rate: $25-30/hour, depending on relevant QMS/SAP/ERP/data entry experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data cleanup and organization within the QMS to align with updated network structures.

  • Review, validate, and correct quality and compliance-related records to ensure accuracy.

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies.

  • Assist in documentation updates and ensure records align with company standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Utilize Excel, database tools, or internal QMS software to manage and track data progress.

  • Support process improvement initiatives related to data integrity and system optimization.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in data management, quality systems, or a scientific/technical capacity is preferred.

  • Prior experience with QMS platforms or document control systems is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets efficiently.

  • Proficiency in Excel (data sorting, filtering, and basic analysis).

  • SAP experience is helpful but not necessary—training will be provided as needed.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
