JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Duties Maintain a motivated and well trained staff by leading teller staff to provide outstanding value and exceptional service. Provide members with professional and high quality service. Ensure that members are aware of available credit union products and services. Accurately balance his/her cash drawer on a daily basis. Maintain a balanced cash and coin vault. Oversee cash and coin shipments, equipment maintenance and security measures, ATM services, and cash letter preparation. Prepare daily schedules to ensure the teller line is sufficiently staffed. Prepare and present staff performance reviews in a timely manner. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications Have obtained a high school diploma or equivalent. Have a minimum of three years\' experience working in a financial institution. Have previous managerial experience. Preferably have knowledge of cash letter procedures and basic accounting. Have the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and responsibilities and changing priorities in an efficient and effective manner.
