The real-time big data platform on Railigent will play a critical role in everyday railway maintenance work and thus meaningfully important for public safety and people welfare. What role will you play?

1. Responsible for the UX design of innovative digital products in the to-B scenarios, including Web, iOS, and Android, responsible for the whole process from design strategy to design execution, building up design competitiveness, and having mature design management experience.

2. Responsible for interactive design specifications, optimizing structures and building up design standards. Details driven. Systematically improving the user experience of products.

3. Proficient in end-to-end design, participate in the early stage of user research and lead the UX requirements analysis, framework definition, experience optimization and others in the whole process of product design. Participate in the later execution phase, extending the experience design to product delivery and user verification.

4. Cooperate with product managers and software development engineers to effectively promote the implementation of design in an agile development environment

5. Pay attention to user feedback and data analysis after the system is launched, summarize information and data, and explore design opportunities. Highly sensitive to changes in data and user satisfaction reflecting product competitiveness. Capable of measuring the overall experience level of the product and putting forward suggestions for improvement.

6. Be able to quickly learn and understand industry know-how, refine user pain points and solutions in the industry, and solve problems innovatively. Always pay attention to and analyze popular product design trends, study the needs of target users, experience appeals and aesthetic tendencies, and quickly optimize existing products.

We are looking for:

1. Bachelor degree or above, in industrial design, multimedia visual communication, animation design, human-computer interaction and other related majors, 3-5 years of UX design work experience, leading or participating in complete Internet/software product interaction design work. Experience in top Internet companies and manufacturing industries is preferred.

2. Proficient in interactive thinking and methods, familiar with the basic process of user research, strong logical thinking and communication skills. Understand the UX design process framework and be proficient in using methodologies to carry out design work. Familiar with the components to be involved in the design specifications, and be able to effectively refine, create, maintain, and update the design specifications and component libraries.

3. Familiar with research methods and processes, and able to independently carry out user research. Sensitive and active in learning cutting-edge trends and technologies in design.

4. Pay high attention to details, pursue pixel-level perfection, have your own experience and insights in user research and interaction design, and understand usability design principles. Have strong user empathy, and be deeply involved in user research, interaction design, and prototype development.

5. Enthusiastic, creative and executive. Able to work under pressure. Capable of managing multi-project and multi-task at the same time.

6. Rich experience in Internet landing design, 3D graphic design / 3D game field, etc.
