Sales Operations Manager, Central PMO
Amazon Global Selling has been helping individuals and businesses increase sales and reach new customers around the globe. Today, significant amount of Amazon's total unit sales come from third-party selection. The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 19 overseas marketplaces, and supporting local Sellers’ success and growth on the Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Chinese business to go globally.
Amazon Global Selling is looking for a dynamic, highly motivated Sales Operations Manager to join the central PMO team. The ideal candidate is eager to lean to customers, has a track record of success at driving results, partnering cross functionally, and has best-in-class oral and written communication skills.
As a Program Operations Manager, you will identify & address customer pain-points by working with a cross-functional team (both internal & external) to create/execute/optimize SOPs and to support the new product/solution launches. You will be able to build accurate forecasting, metrics, and reports to ensure results.

partner with domain PM to support annual planning cycle operations
conduct researches and analysis in the assigned domain
About the team
Emerging Store SX team sits in the central PMO org of Asia Global Selling. We think ahead for our Sellers and business, and is close partners and consultant to our Asia business teams, and overseas stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
5 years experience in BA or operations role
Experience with SQL or equivalent data analytical tools
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
Experience with data visualization software (e.g., AWS QuickSight or Tableau) or open-source project
