Discover Impactful Work:

Seeking a Finance leader who will provide finance and business partnering leadership to one of subdivision. This role will be the business partner for commercial leaders, supporting functions and BU team. This role will own the financial planning and analytics. In addition, the position holder will provide valuable decision support, identify and implement operational improvement opportunities.

A day in the Life:

• Be responsible for subdivision's financials and provide the business with insight and analysis to drive decisions, including but not limited to topline simulations, Opex control, channel management, R&O evaluations and etc..

• Own monthly actual reporting, forecast process and annual planning for topline and Opex. Manage daily finance excellence to provide guidance and supports.

• Drive profitability and cash flow through rigorous prioritization of spend and accelerated productivity.

• Ensure appropriate process are in place in accordance with company polices and internal controls requirements.

• Partner with marketing and commercial team to prepare business case of NPI, localization and vertical penetration and implement tracking mechanism to ensure the success of case.

Keys to Success:

Education

• An undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting is required

Experience

• Minimum of 8+ years of business and Finance experience

• Experience in leading and running a distributed team

• Prior experience in a large global company and highly matrixed organization

• Proficient at understanding and proactively presenting the financial implications of business decisions and dynamics

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• An ideal candidate will possess excellent academic credentials and strong finance skills

• Proven understanding of Excel (i.e., financial models and analysis), SAP (or equivalent), PowerPoint, and Hyperion is helpful

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills

• Proven business partner and influencer
