What will I be doing?

The Manager Brand Enterprise Greater China and Mongolia, reports to the Director Brand Enterprise GCM. This essential role contributes to the success by –

· Implementing our China enterprise marketing strategy and multi-channel marketing activities for maximum commercial and brand impact.

· Supporting the defining and creating of in-market strategies; lead campaign execution in conjunction with Global Centers of Excellence - Media planning, PR, Social, Marketing Operations and Performance; and delivers exceptional multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns designed to drive business results and brand love.

· The Manager will work closely with the Corporate (Global & Asia Pacific) Brand Marketing Teams, Commercial Services, Operations, Design & Technical Services, Development, Brand Performance Services and Hospitality to ensure adherence to the Global & Asia Pacific Brand Marketing Strategies and Identity Standards; at the same time to drive in-region relevance and efficiency.

  • Conduct market research to understand the target audience, business source, competitive landscape and industry trends for single brand.
  • Work with key stakeholders and agencies to develop marketing strategy and create effective campaign ideas.
  • Integrate resources and activities of the project and oversee the implementation on multi-channels (e.g., digital, social media, offline marketing).
  • Plan and execute promotional events, product launches, or brand activations.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Disseminate, organize and communicate assignments and projects within the department/project team.
  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams (PR, Commercial Services, Loyalty).
  • Manage third party relationships; identify required vendors; negotiate and monitor quality and cost of services.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices of brand marketing in China.

Required Skills and Experience:

Three (3) years of experience in brand marketing roles in Greater China.

Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, social media, events and online advertising.

Proven success in executing consumer-focused marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.

Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, social media, events and online advertising.

Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Collaborative approach to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Fluent in English & Mandarin

Preferred Skills and Experience:

· Agency account background with strong communication skills with different stakeholders.
