Job Function

As a Sales Development Representatives you are responsible for nurturing prospective customers through the early stages of their buyer journey and uncovering qualified opportunities for Sales and Product Executives. You play a key role in bridging multiple practices areas, Supply Chain, Sustainability, Regulatory.

  • Identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the sales pipeline. Research, map and engage strategic accounts for expansion opportunities.

  • Meeting with prospects to qualify their interests, needs and challenges. Conduct various nurture campaigns to drive engagement.

  • Provide value propositions to key stakeholders, handle complex objections, schedule demonstrations and discovery meetings for sales teams.

  • Support the development of sales presentations, present to potential new and existing clients.

  • Meet with sales teams to develop outbound prospecting plans. Collaborate with the marketing teams to develop strategies for expanding awareness.

  • Attending networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads. Stay up to date on industry trends, competition, and regulatory changes.

  • Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities.

  • Track progress towards performance targets. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.

    Hire-In

  • Higher Secondary Education and two years of directly related experience.

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • Strong communication skills are required.
