Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for leading or supporting the digitalization of critical SFE process, such as RAP/Sales Target, Incentive and PBI reporting/Insight Generation, and continuous process improvement

  • Support Innovation & Empower Center Leader leveraging DD&T (Power BI/AI ) to empower the process of data->Information->Insights-> Impact and improve productivity in SFE team

  • Responsible for guiding and supporting the project management activities and facilitate regular project review meeting in SFE team

  • Support Innovation & Empower Center Leader organizing workshop, training and building up learning platform for SFE Culture Transformation & Capability Upgrade

  • Responsible for managing monthly SUL forecasting process and preparing reviewing deck for SFE section in forecasting meeting

  • Responsible for organizing monthly SFE/OCI/DD&T cross-functional meeting to review the demand request of BI/SFE reporting and support decision making

  • Support Innovation & Empower Center Leader managing company RAP/QBR process

  • Support Innovation & Empower Center Leader managing cross functional collaboration activities

  • Other ad hoc strategic project to improve company level sales productivity and efficiency

QUALIFICATIONS

Level of Education

  • Bachelor Degree or above in preferred Mathematics, Finance, Statistics and Computer Science background.

Working Experience in Relevant Field

  • Around 6 years’ experience in digital or consulting experience in pharmaceutical industry relevant areas

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales Force Effectiveness or related functions is a must.

  • Know-how in digital & AI; Be familiar with SFE operation and activities; Experience on project management (digital and process improvement) and Consulting & Problem-solving activities must, Transformation and change management preferred.
