The Role:

• General interface from HQ to responsible regions.

• Together with regions, develop region-specific business strategy, support to implement it.

• Manage the completion of budgeting and regular sales reporting.

• Support responsible region to achieve business financial target.

• Drive specific sales push implementation in regions.

• Regular business review with regions.

• Special price handling from HQ.

• Strategic customer (including GFA customer) support.

• Collection of market intelligence from responsible regions.

• Coordinate escalation topics, e.g., logistics, service, quality, and technical HQ support.

• Support HQ PPM to improve portfolio fitness in regions.

• Close cooperation with HQ vertical management to develop region-specific vertical concept and drive implementation.

• Other assigned tasks.

Your Profile:

• >5 years sales & marketing experience in manufacturing industry. Industry motor background is preferred

• Bachelor/master’s degree, Major of LV motor, mechanical or electrical engineering will be preferred

• Excellent learning ability with good business sense

• Ability for structured & analytic approach to analyze status, propose measures, implement and follow-up

• Strong communication and facilitation skill

• Good organizational ability

• Passionate & self-motivated

• MS Office skills

• Fluent English will be a must
