About the new role

The primary responsibility of the position is to support new product development of air-condition, in this capacity, design engineer will use Creo to develop 3D models, manufacturing 2D drawings, and BOM based on product and engineer team’s requirements. In addition, the designer also be responsible to onsite support manufacture and improve design during the phase of trail production.

To do this, the designer must have a well understanding of the knowledge for mechanical design and manufacture process, be proficient at Creo skills, and familiar with the principle of air-condition.

Key Responsibilities:

As a (specify role), she or he will be responsible for:

• Support new product development, use Creo to develop 3D models, manufacture 2D drawings, and BOM that best meet the requirements of quality and specifications independently. (Weight: 70%)

• Keep touch with customer for the project plan, drawing schedule and details in product development. (Weight: 10%)

• Onsite technical support for factory and supplier. (Weight: 10%)

• Support to CX and participate in DE team on continuous improvement activities. (Weight: 5%)

• Other work items arranged by supervisor. (Weight: 5%)
