Amazon Developer Support Associate , Selling Partner Developer Services in Shanghai, China

Description

The Selling Partner Developer Services team provides a world-class Developer experience that allows Amazon and external Developers to innovate rapidly on behalf of our customers. We provide Developers inside and outside of Amazon a comprehensive API suite and a self-service onboarding experience to simplify app development. We enable Selling Partners to discover Amazon and third-party apps and services to grow their business in the Selling Partner Appstore.

We are looking for an experienced Developer Advisor in customer support who will support Selling Partner APIs for sellers and developers who need assistance integrating their systems with our services. You’ll work within an established and global technical support team to ensure that developer issues are resolved quickly. Experience in a technical support and customer service environment or is a huge plus.

Basic Qualifications

  • • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in technical customer support or customer service

  • • Ability to dive deep into the details

  • • Self-disciplined, diligent, proactive, and detail-oriented

  • • Proven ability to make decisions in a timely manner with incomplete or ambiguous information

  • • Excellent team player capable of learning and sharing knowledge in a global team environment

  • • Works well in a fast-moving team environment and is able to juggle many tasks and projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong with Excel

  • • Knowledgeable with SQL, and programming languages like Java

  • • Familiarity with XML, web services, and APIs

  • • Understanding of the multi-channel e-commerce SaaS ecosystem

  • • Business level English language skills (written)

  • • Business level Chinese language skills (written)

  • • Business level Japanese language skills (written)
