Join the Logitech G Global Business Group as a Business Operations Planner, where you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth and operational excellence. Collaborate with regional gaming leads to analyze market trends, identify opportunities and risks, and shape commercial strategies for both near- and long-term success. Your work will directly contribute to crafting strategies that maximize Logitech G’s presence in the gaming market.

● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary contact for operations, marketing, finance, and regional commercial teams, fostering seamless collaboration across functions.
● Business Case Development: Drive and own new product business cases, align financial goals, and streamline global product launch processes.
● Demand and Profitability Forecasting: Provide accurate near-term and long-term demand forecasts and optimize profitability.
● Strategic Planning: Lead global gaming roadmap alignment, including Phase-In/Phase-Out planning, SKU strategy, and Go-to-Market execution in partnership with regional sales and marketing teams to maximize growth potential.
● Efficiency and Growth Identification: Identify efficiencies and prioritize focus areas to enable the team to drive meaningful growth.
● Operational Support: Assist in annual operational planning and quarterly business reviews with global leadership, finance, and regional teams.
Key Qualifications:
You’re passionate about gaming and to build upon an existing team with a culture of success by exploring new pathways to growth. We are looking for a proactive, entrepreneurial candidate with the following qualifications:
● Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, solve problems creatively, and execute strategies effectively.
● Ownership and Initiative: A sense of urgency, accountability, and drive to lead projects to completion.
● Collaboration and Communication: Strong project management skills, a team player mentality, and clear, proactive communication.
● Analytical Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent analytical modeling and forecasting capabilities.
● Technical Proficiency: Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Sheets) and the ability to interpret complex datasets.
● Global Insight: Experience in the consumer electronics or PC industry, with knowledge of global markets (gaming market experience preferred).
● Adaptability: Ability to work flexibly across multiple time zones.
● Proven Track Record: Success in fast-growth environments and in delivering globally scalable product solutions.
Education:
