Job Description
Pre-SSN:
responsible for NVS assortment plan by 3 territories in each seasonal code gate (from W46 to W26) with clear methodology start from sales plan.
Independently cover NVS seasonal gate full cycle, be the owner of NVS Rebuy hindsight and investment review for specific consumer/division.
Actively communicate with NVS merchandising partners to fully aware assortment strategy and reflect into buy optimization, raise out NVS assortment line needs based on hindsight/In-season trading performance findings.
Leverage in-line performance signal to accomplish after GEOD’s NVS rebuy flex-up & flex down based on latest inventory rolling insights
In-SSN
Weekly track NVS 3 territories business performance, marketplace sales trend, NVS inventory status, to drive Rev and mitigate inventory/margin risk.
Weekly manage In-SSN pricing management by SKU (cover both Rebuy & CO SKUs for 3 Territory), which need to tie with topline financial forecast guide, and support IMP CO Inventory healthy as well.
Cooperate with X-team on responsive planning, including further season sales forecast, investment& in-SSN management
Others
Support internal or external team on performance/investment analysis per needs
Support team’s fundamental data building
