Maintenance Technician - Direct Employment- Will pay up to $40/hr.

As a Lead Manufacturing and Maintenance Technician , you'll be the expert in maintaining and troubleshooting equipment to ensure smooth operations across cleanrooms, general assembly, and the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, repair, and service for manufacturing equipment, tools, and fixtures.

• Provide front-line support to the Manufacturing team to minimize downtime and improve processes.

• Establish and maintain maintenance procedures, records, and spare parts programs .

• Investigate and troubleshoot equipment issues, escalating as necessary for timely resolutions.

• Design and build manufacturing tools and fixtures to support production.

Essential Skills:

• Electrical troubleshooting

• Preventive maintenance

• Mechanical skills (including hydraulics and pneumatics)

• Reading schematics and blueprints

• PLC troubleshooting and control

• Experience with 3-phase systems

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience in cleanrooms or the medical field

• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
