The Job

The TA Partner to be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical specialists to fill IT, Sales, Frontline and Operations positions from junior to leadership levels. The recruiter’s responsibilities include all aspects of hiring, from meeting with hiring managers to write job descriptions to offering job positions to the most suitable candidates. You should be focused, hardworking, and able to meet deadlines to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

The Responsibilities

  • Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the requirements for those jobs

  • Source potential candidates from Social media, Job portals and other recruiting channels

  • Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen Sales, Operations and Frontline resumes

  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities

  • Manage all the full time hiring from Junior to leadership level positions

  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)

  • Coordinate with Team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs

  • Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates

  • Participate in conferences and meetups to network with professional

  • Promote Company’s reputation as a great place to work

  • Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements

  • Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products

The Person

  • 6+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter

  • Expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for Sales, Operations, Frontline and support roles

  • Have hands on experience of filling different Sales, Operations and commercial roles from junior to leadership level positions

  • Good hands on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases

  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)

  • Strong customer management and stakeholder management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
