Description

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Director to join our team. The HR Director will have a key role in managing and overseeing human resources activities such as hiring processes, employee relations, and compliance. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage hiring processes to ensure an efficient recruitment system.

• Develop and maintain effective employee relations to foster a positive work environment.

• Ensure compliance with HR related laws and regulations to minimize legal risks.

• Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for HR management tasks.

• Manage and oversee the use of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient task completion.

• Utilize Ceridian and HCM for HR management and employee data tracking.

• Oversee benefit functions to ensure employees receive their entitled benefits.

• Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure transparency in the workplace.

• Handle employee inquiries and resolve any HR related issues they have.

Requirements • Must possess a minimum of five years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably within the Wholesale Distribution - Dur Goods industry.

• Knowledge and experience in using ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now are necessary.

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is a must.

• Proficiency in using Ceridian and HCM (Human Capital Management) software is essential.

• Should have a solid understanding and experience in Benefit Functions.

• Excellent communication skills are required to interact with all levels of the organization effectively.

• Must have a proven track record in ensuring Compliance within HR practices.

• Should be skilled in managing Employee Relations and resolving workplace issues.

• Experience in Hiring Processes, from candidate sourcing to onboarding, is necessary.
