WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic store leader with a strong focus on consumer service and passion for enhancing the consumer experience.

Our Nike Store Coach provides strong sales floor presence – setting the standard for superior service by directly supporting Athletes and closely monitoring floor activities to ensure execution and delivery of the premium consumer experience. As a Coach, you’ll also manage all daily activities of the store, including selling and providing services, leading and coaching athletes, merchandising, time and business management.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

• Execute and maintain visual merchandising and selling floor standards.

• Communicate promotional event information to maximize results of each event.

• Identify merchandise issues and opportunities based on selling and customer feedback.

• Supervise, train and develop athletes.

• Assist in delivering premium consumer and employee experience, with the focus being on the consumer experience and implementing/executing global and regional programs to drive business results.

• Utilize advanced customer service skills, sales techniques and product knowledge to connect consumers to the right product. Build a bond between consumer and brand.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

As a store Coach, you will work closely with store Athlete to ensure that daily operation runs smoothly and consumer receive top notch service. You will also work with store leaderships to align strategic goals and drive store performance as well as cross-functional teams from the office including Operations, Visual Merchandising and Demand & Supply Management.

WHAT YOU BRING

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail industry field with 1 year of Lead or supervisory role preferred

• Ability to use retail business systems and Microsoft Office

• Ability to work on weekends, evenings and holidays as needed
