An Engineering Manager / Assistant Engineering Manager will
develop maintenance and repair plans for electrical or mechanical systems.
Address and resolve equipment failures and malfunctions.
Manage the maintenance schedule for facilities operations.
Project Management: Manage projects to upgrade and improve electrical/mechanical systems.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in hotel or facility maintenance.
Expertise and technical skills in electrical or mechanical maintenance (certification holders preferred).
Leadership and team management experience.
Strong communication skills with team members.
