Service Sales Consultant / Engineer

Role Overview

You will be responsible for:

Managing existing accounts by proposing and negotiating service maintenance contract renewal.

Actively promoting Otis products and selling service upgrades.

Providing estimates to current customer of all regular work and repair.

Maintaining customer relations in line with Company KPI and exceeding customer satisfaction.

Providing estimates and negotiating service maintenance contract for customers with conversion units.

Spearheading the role of customer defender and be responsible for carrying out practical initiatives to address genuine customer complaints and/or to prevent contract cancellation.

Liaising with back office technical team to assess and propose recapture and/or modernization opportunities.

To perform any other responsibilities as required and requested by Head of Department and/or the Management.

What you will need to be successful

You have a business or technical degree or have completed training as a technician or business administrator

You have initial experience in the sale of technical products requiring consultation

You have a strong customer and service orientation, including excellent interpersonal skills

You are characterized by a high level of commitment and reliability, with a drive to deliver results

You are target focused, with the ability to work at pace in a demanding, complex, corporate organization

Able to work independently
