Job Description:

  • Provide administrative support on daily day to day operation for smooth running of Service Sales department

  • Preparing NIS commencement notice, extract technical data and calculate service base hours and input into SMS/JDE including getting the layout drawing, packing lists, cod and etc. to start NIS file

  • Power user for SMS/JDE in contract management, register customer, building and units and created contract and corrective action

  • Working very closely with AR team on all billing issues in relate with JDE and update changes as and when required

  • Provide tracking report on price adjustment/contract renewal/NIS for Sales Person and department projection

  • Update renewed contract and price adjustment if any in SMS/JDE upon acceptance by customer. Generate report for month end closing and provide tracker report for follow up by Salesman on not contract still outstanding

  • To raise notification of stop/commence billing/service advise for new contracts of existing contract and follow up till approval by HOD

  • Provide Monthly Forecast Plan for Service Sales on O

  • Contract safekeeping and movement tracker

  • Cancellation, Recovery, Upgrading/Downgrading processing

  • Monitoring of “S” credit check, Pre Finance Acceptance, do the booking and prepare project file upon booking including Company Search'

  • Supporting branch/ area operations for all Services Sales requirement

  • Sending monthly customer satisfactory survey

  • Prepare monthly service sales management report for hyperion reporting

  • Updating finance on deferred sales every month end

  • Submit Service Sales Activities to Finance, Service and Quality every month end for respective department closing

  • To assist department head on business plan & operating review and to monitor the monthly target is met as per plan

  • Preparing write off and credit note to Finance and reconcile payment in suspend accounts

  • Customer support and assisting customer as and when required through email/phone

  • Power user for SMS/JDE in contract management, register customer, building and units and created contract and corrective action inclusive NIS

  • Ensuring SA for month closing received timely for closing and process as per plan

  • Working very closely with AR team on all billing issues in relate with JDE and update changes as and when required

  • Submit Service Sales Activities to Finance, Service and Quality every month end for respective department closing

  • Cancellation, Recovery, Upgrading/Downgrading processing inclusive ensuring all necessary is in place

  • Prepare monthly service sales management report for hyperion reporting
