Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist in Secaucus, New Jersey. This role is in the industry and involves handling and processing vendor invoices, recording financial transactions, and liaising with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle vendor invoice payments

• Manage and record wire payments

• Keep track of check usage through the bank's web portal

• Maintain records of credit card usage

• Compile and prepare tax and other reports

• Establish and maintain effective communication with branch offices and vendors

• Input data as required. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or similar role in the Accounting department.

• Proficiency in data input is a must.

• Excellent capability to process and manage large volumes of data accurately.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to spot numerical errors.

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
