What You Will Do: Manage and grow market share of new and existing accounts Develop a target account list. Develop a plan of action for each target account. Submit call reports to Justin weekly. Create and implement NC specific business plan with key vendors/customers to include goal setting and account specific strategies such as sales, growth, and market share to be recorded in CRM. Communicate, mentor, and work closely with the inside support staff to optimize customer service and maximize account penetration and sales. Ability to take ownership and provide customer solutions from beginning to end. From customer discovery to order entry, follow-up and feedback Actively manage customer pricing profiles and vendor SPA's. What You Will Bring: 3+ years of sales or previous experience in a sales call role Competent working knowledge of lighting/electrical products Basic navigation of SSM, Microsoft Office, and Dynamics Strong computer skills. Strong organizational planning skills, able to meet customer needs and deadlines. Self-motivated, outgoing, positive attitude, good communicator, team player, professional in appearance Willing to travel and work the necessary hours. Physical Requirements and Work Environment: Frequent computer and telephone use. Driving to customer offices, jobsites, vendor, NCL functions/meetings/events. Occasional heavy lifting - up to 50 lbs Occasional out of town travel. Office environment approximately 40%. Jobsite environment 60%.
