With over 200MM members globally, Amazon Prime’s North Star vision is to be Earth’s most engaging, satisfying, and loved membership program. Prime members across 20+ countries have access to benefits spanning shopping, entertainment, and more. Within the WW Prime org, the Engagement and Member CX team’s mission is to connect Prime members in every Prime locale with the benefits that come with membership, ensuring they get the most out of their membership, while delighting them at every interaction.

The team is looking for a Sr. Product Manager-Technical to drive one of our key strategic workstreams – how, when, and where we communicate Prime benefits to Prime members worldwide. They will have the opportunity to work with new technologies, including GenAI recommendations models, as well as new experimentation methodologies, to create step-change improvements in how benefits are communicated.

The right candidate will be able to dive deeply into a broad set of Prime benefit and customer experiences with curiosity about the unique issues and experiences that impact customers in each locale. They will be adept at deriving insights from large and complex data sets using SQL and BI tools, and using those insights to define new product spaces, while challenging existing thinking. They will need to be able to navigate a range of technical systems while building a technical roadmap that prioritizes our global scale. They should be fluent in UX design choices and strategies. And, they will be passionate about evangelizing insights across Amazon teams globally, working closely with a broad group of partner teams and stakeholders, and creating mechanisms that help accelerate our mission.
