Are you looking to work at the forefront of Machine Learning and AI? Would you be excited to apply security and compliance disciplines to Generative AI projects to solve real world problems securely and responsibly with significant impact?

We’re looking for top notch security leader to lead a team to plan , implement, optimize Generative AI engagement and engineering security, as part of the GenAIIC delivery mechanism and as a service offering to customers. You will lead the security team and work with the science delivery teams to enforce engagement security to protect customer's data, advice delivery teams and customers on model and prompt safety, and to champion responsible AI.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics or related discipline, or 15+ years of equivalent technology experience

7+ years managing complex, multi-workflow, large-scale security or engineering programs

5+ years managing, building, and developing security engineering teams

5+ years experience across information and cyber security domains, including hands-on security engineering experience

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience with hyper scale applications development using AWS technologies

Experience in generative AI

Solid foundation in software engineering principles

Related compliance experience, e.g. DSS, GLBA, SAS70 SOX/HIPPA

CISSP, CISA, CISM and/or other security certifications

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $180,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $312,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
