ROBERT HALF is partnering with a company headquartered in Seattle in their search for a Real Estate Paralegal. Candidates must have a strong background in Commercial Real Estate transactions and excellent attention to detail.

Duties will include:

• Extensive experience in the creation, execution and administration of a vast array of commercial real estate contracts as well as vendor contracts for buildings and facilities.

• Preliminary title & survey review, identifying encumbrances and possible restrictions on planned improvements.

• Real estate closings and due diligence.

• Working relationship with treasury/assessor post-closing to correct issues.

• Significant demonstrable experience in the negotiation of contract terms with third-parties, identifying facilities, operations and administrative concerns resulting in more favorable contracts and easier overall administration.

Company is offering generous compensation package including 401K with match, unlimited PTO, bonus program, hybrid work schedule, and health care benefits. Salary Range for this role is 100-135K DOE.
