Job Title: Project Coordinator I
Job Description
The Project Coordinator reports to the Project Team Manager and thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment. This role requires robust communication skills as it involves heavy phone and email interactions with customers. The coordinator will utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and identify and deliver effective solutions. Key responsibilities include providing personalized customer experiences, coordinating project lifecycles, ensuring stellar customer satisfaction, partnering with publishing teams, working with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of quality products, proactive account monitoring, meeting performance metrics, and initiating and driving process improvement projects to completion.
