Mott MacDonald is currently seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and experiencedStrategic Client relationship managerinterested in supporting the development and growthlocal agency transportation clients in the Pacific Northwest. This role is critical for maintaining Mott MacDonald's relationship with an existing client, strengthening the account, building a client centric experience and delivering outstanding projects. A key part of the role, you will also be to also support the business with the delivery of a variety of projects in a dynamic work environment related to this account and others as required. You will direct project team members in various delivery stages of transportation infrastructure projects. The role will be challenging, demanding, and varied, offering committed support, excellent career development opportunities, with ability to grow with the business across North America. Duties Will Include But Not Be Limited To Developing new and managing existing Client relationships within the overall client organization as well as interfacing on relevant proposals and projects. Developing and growing the account in response to organizational needs and strategy. Identifying opportunities, turning them into prospects and converting the prospects into projects. Growing external relationships, building and maintaining strong networks with key clients, business partners and competitors, driving joint initiatives where appropriate and using these networks to influence, close deals and impact the growth and direction of the business. Deliver commercially robust proposals and projects, managing risk and financial performance within the account. Providing support to business development activities and strategic initiatives. Acting as a role model and ambassador for Mott MacDonald, articulating and representing the brand, vision, and value proposition internally and externally. We invite applications from candidates with the following experience: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Environmental or similar), planning, or science. Professional registration preferred 15+ years total experience in planning, design, and construction management of transportation infrastructure projects for major public agency clients. Experience with local clientsis preferred, but not required Strong technical skills and technical leadership experience, preferably including road, bridge, and subsurface infrastructure 5+ years experience in managing multi-discipline project teams 5+ years experience in managing proposals for engineering projects Our teams are comprised of bright and enthusiastic people who wish to make a difference to the world that we live in.
