Providence is calling a Physician Recruiter who will: Be accountable for full-cycle recruitment of physicians and advanced practitioner candidates Develop and implement sourcing strategies for attracting highly scarce and passive talent Identify and source providers that will gain a sustainable competitive advantage Build successful relationships with internal and external prospects /candidates Ensure an effective and quality pipeline of providers are available and well developed to sustain and build the clinics and ministry initiatives Serve as the primary point of contact for Practice Managers, Medical Directors, Directors, Chief Medical Officers, Chief Operating Officers, Chief Executives Offers, etc, for all recruitment and selection of providers Be responsible for all provider recruitment functions including consulting and implementing the sourcing and recruitment services that favorably impact our business objectives, outreach, site visits, conference attendance, reference checking and building relationships with all provider candidates Deliver high quality service to both internal and external customers Be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with physicians, group administrators and service area and regional leadership teams Hold meetings with Hospital Administration and Medical Group Administration on a frequent basis Serve as a consultant in compensation, contract models and strategic workforce planning Be responsible for reporting and special projects at the request of the Administration teams listed above or PS&D leadership Engage in critical business discussions to address and understand talent gaps Build strong collaborative working relationships with executive leadership, physician compensation, benefits, strategic business partners, organizational and functional leaders across the system and in each region Communicates in a proactive, effective and timely manner with stakeholders across the ministry Be responsible for aiding the process of hospital and payor credentialing, pre-boarding, and state medical licensure Have the ability to understand timelines and deliverables from these functions is critical to ensuring that the process and communication between the teams, hiring managers, and the provider is seamless Perform all duties in an ethical and professional manner that promotes Providence/Swedish/Pacific Medical Centers (and its affiliates) mission, values, and philosophy Serve as a role model for the values and Mission of the organization We welcome 100% remote work for residents who reside in the following area: Washington: Puget Sound Region Required qualifications for this position include: Bachelor's Degree -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience 3+ years of related recruitment experience Why Join Providence?
