Description We are in search of an individual who can thrive in a dynamic environment to join our team in Hanover, Maryland as a Paralegal. The primary industry is legal, with a focus on regulatory compliance and research. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. The candidate will be expected to navigate complex product regulations and develop and implement related compliance actions, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Navigate complex product regulations and develop and implement related compliance actions

• Coordinate with legal and business teams on proposed actions

• Use technology to implement processes and policies to effectuate actions

• Maintain strong oral and written communication capabilities to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing

• Manage multiple internal and external escalations

• Research, analyze, and synthesize federal and state regulations

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and adjust to changes quickly while meeting deadlines

• Demonstrate great organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detail

• Apply decision-making skills in a data-driven environment

• Use research analysis skills to sort through complex documentation Requirements • Proficiency in Documentation and Operations

• Knowledge about Policy and Compliance

• Ability to conduct Research and Project Management

• Experience in Workstation Support and Regulation

• Skills in Research Analysis and Decision-Making

• Proficient in Written Communication

• Ability to manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously

• Understanding of Local Regulation

• Ability to Synthesize information effectively

• Knowledge of RISC

• Strong Organizational skills
