FIND OUT ABOUT THIS ROLE AND OUR MISSION TO CREATE POSITIVE CHANGE The Information Technology Manager will oversee the development, implementation, use, and maintenance of all aspects of technology throughout the organization. The IT Manager will play a vital role in determining end-user requirements, recommending practical solutions, and leading agency-wide efforts to improve the effective use of technology. Plymouth Housing is a non-profit organization, dedicated to addressing chronic homelessness by providing permanent supportive housing for single adults. Our mission is to eliminate homelessness by offering over 1,100 people annually with permanent homes and on-site services. We prioritize creating a safe, inclusive community free from discrimination and harassment, particularly for BIPOC and LGBTQIA2S+ individuals. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO BE DOING IN THIS ROLE AT PLYMOUTH HOUSING Supervising IT staff, completing performance appraisals, and promoting staff training and development. Overseeing WAN/LAN support, installation of new equipment, and maintenance of the network. Create, facilitate, and coordinate training of staff on technology use and overseeing backend support to the organization's Intranet. Maintaining inventory of all technology and security systems. Developing solutions to leverage existing and emerging technologies to enhance organizational performance. Coordinating training of staff on technology use and overseeing backend support to the organization's Intranet. Researching and implementing solutions for compliance with PCI standards. QUALIFICATIONS Associate's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience. Minimum of five years' experience in managing a technology varied environment. Valid Washington State Driver License and acceptable driving record. Demonstrated computer skills including Microsoft Windows and Office products. Experience supporting Microsoft servers including Exchange and SQL servers. Ability to support a wide range of networking devices. Experience managing building security systems and familiarity with PCI compliance requirements. Ability to understand IT budgets and plan technology in a multi-location environment. Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent is preferred. Information Technology Management experience is preferred. Microsoft Technology certification is preferred.
