S&K Technologies, Inc. Fleet Coordinator in Seattle, Washington

The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for the daily operations and management of GSA fleet of vehicles and fleet duties. Provide both internal and external customer support to the EPA. Fleet Support Remain abreast of all the procedural information and guidance on aspects of fleet management requirements. Adhere to agency guidelines/policy on restricted use of Government Vehicles. Attend Quarterly Fleet Managers conference calls. Act as the point of contact for accidents and vehicle damage and shall report vehicle issues regarding damage, accidents, and maintenance issues to R10 Fleet Manager. Resolve miscellaneous problems (i.e. missing: keys, parking key, credit card) for the Seattle Fleet. Serve as the primary point of contact for the local GSA representative. Maintain and process required GSA, EPA HQ, COR fleet usage reports. Perform required GSA fleet requested services and recalls. Coordinate with ISU Hotline Contract Staff to block from reservation Seattle Fleet vehicles for preventative maintenance, repairs, service, or for trade-in or decommission of vehicle. Coordinate with ISU Hotline to ensure new/replacement vehicles are entered in the reservations system and decommissioned vehicles are removed from reservation system. Maintain and coordinate fleet reservations using EPA programs. Verify and maintain motor vehicle files including but not limited to gas card, parking pass, contact information, schedule, EP motor vehicle operator responsibilities and vehicle utilization report. Consolidate, prepare, and provide required fleet reports. Other Act as the backup/additional support for the Warehouse Specialist Material Coordinator and Mail Clerk as needed. Serve customers (external and internal) by focusing on quality as it relates to the customer; anticipating/understanding customer needs and expectations; responding expeditiously to customers' questions, requests, and concerns; and satisfying customer needs and expectations Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Education High School diploma or equivalent Experience Experience working with GSA fleet vehicles is preferred License, Cert or Registration Current drivers' license Proof of U.S. citizenship The ability to pass a national agency check for access to various Government facilities. Special knowledge, skills, & abilities Effective multitasking and the ability to meet deliverable reports with high quality work Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite and possess computer competences.
