The Enterprise Planning & Treasury team is dynamic and highly visible. You will be a key contributor with duties across multiple disciplines like risk management, capital structuring, liquidity management, financing operations, and namely providing key analysis and recommendations to leaders and decision makers.

Your impact – You will research and resolve issues while building relationships with both banking institutions & internal teams across accounting, tax and finance. You will work with other members of the Enterprise Planning & Treasury Department to oversee our cash and investment management, bank account management payment processing, treasury workstation, debt compliance and fraud prevention. In this role, you will primarily support Treasury & Risk management activities with secondary support within Enterprise Planning. Your duties will be to:

  • Maintain bank account signature process, payment process and treasury workstation.
  • Assist with cash and investment management, including daily cash positioning, reconciling broker statements, calculating/ communicating investment earnings, and forecasting investment earnings.
  • Perform project-based analysis around audits, risk management, bank, and other vendor fee structures
  • Design and perform quality assurance procedures to ensure materials are accurate and reliable
  • Build technology and tools to develop reports and processes aimed at removing manual intervention and scaling yourself and the broader team.
  • Cross-train across Enterprise Planning & Treasury responsibilities to provide flexibility and support for consolidated FP&A, financing activities, debt deals, rating agency analysis, risk/insurance preparation, macro and industry analysis and overall financial strategy

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in treasury, banking, financial planning and analysis, finance, accounting, or similar fields

Skills and Capabilities:

  • You are advanced in Excel, PowerPoint and Word (experience with PowerBI is a plus)
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You are proficient with collaboration tools and shared documents (e.g. SharePoint, Teams)
  • Experience with ERP, Crystal, financial planning, general ledger and reporting applications and systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Hyperion/EPM) preferred but not required
  • You are both a team player and individual contributor, willing to do even the most basic task if it helps the team get the job done
  • You take pride in getting the details right and can produce high-quality work for senior leaders on tight deadlines
  • You are comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • You proactively look for ways to improve accuracy and drive efficiency and support others without being asked

Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $79,300 - $119,000 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 7% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

Retirement: Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, which includes a paid company match in addition to our annual contribution equal to 5% of your base salary.

Paid Time Off or Vacation: We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with paid vacation for up to 3 weeks to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 hours along with paid parental leave for all full time employees.
