McKinstry is searching for an ERP Change Manager to play a pivotal role in steering our organization through dynamic transitions and transformations. As a key orchestrator of change, you'll ensure seamless implementation of new processes, technologies, and organizational paradigms while empowering our workforce to thrive in the evolving landscape. Essential Job Functions: Lead Change Efforts: Champion change management initiatives within the ERP Program and across McKinstry teams, offering steadfast leadership during pivotal transitions. Forge Collaborative Partnerships: Foster robust, collaborative relationships with leaders, peers, project teams, and stakeholders, both internal and external, cultivating an environment of shared success. Strategic Decision-Making: Drive critical decision-making processes efficiently and inclusively, steering McKinstry towards its strategic objectives with confidence and clarity. Drive Results Amidst Ambiguity: Propel McKinstry teams forward even amidst uncertainty and competing priorities, showcasing resilience and resourcefulness in achieving our collective goals.
