Leo's Welding and Fabrication LLC is currently hiring Entry Level Fabricators in Seattle, WA. We are looking for candidates who are eager to assist skilled fabricators in their daily tasks and duties while learning fundamental fabrication techniques. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as an Entry Level Fabricator. No prior experience is required; we offer comprehensive training and the opportunity to learn and grow in the welding and fabrication industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist skilled fabricators in daily tasks and duties.
- Learn and apply basic fabrication techniques under the guidance of experienced team members.
- Handle materials, tools, and machinery with safety and care.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring safety guidelines are followed.
- Operate hand and power tools to prepare and finish metal components.
- Setup and utilize fabrication tools (e.g., presses, rollers, cutting equipment) adeptly.
- Adhere to strict project tolerances, ensuring consistency and excellence.
- Measure and mark workpieces using rulers, calculators, squares, and other measuring tools.
- Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.
- Setup and utilize fabrication tools (e.g., presses, rollers, cutting equipment) adeptly11. Provide assistance in the inspection of products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Engage in continuous learning and attend training sessions when required.
