The stylish Hilton Motif Seattle is seeking their next Dinner Cook (Cook III)!

The hourly rate is $27.50 - $28.00 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
The ideal candidate will have 2as a line cook in an upscale restaurant, the ability to work a varied schedule, experience in working all stations on the line and a passion for culinary arts. Fine dining, banquets and hotel restaurant experience are a plus!
What will I be doing?
As a Dinner Cook (Cook III), you wouldbe responsible forpreparing,maintainingand monitoring quality control for hot food items in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability. Specifically, you wouldbe responsible forperforming the following tasks to the highest standards:
Prepare,maintainand monitor quality control for hot food items including, but not limited to, meat, fish, fowl, sauces,stocksand seasonings
Prepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards
Prepare guest orders in a friendly,timelyand efficient manner
Maintain cleanliness andcomply withfood sanitation standards at all times
Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen and ensure plates are clean and appetizing
Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations
